Track your order
Enter the order reference from your confirmation email (it starts with AB-) and the email you ordered with. You will see whether your e-Transfer has been accepted, when the order shipped, and the carrier and tracking number once it is on its way.
How orders move
Awaiting payment, then paid once your Interac e-Transfer is accepted, then shipped. We aim to dispatch within one to two business days of payment, within Canada, with Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Purolator. Delivery time after that is up to the carrier.
