Terms of sale

Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. It is not a drug, supplement, cosmetic or food, and it is not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we do not provide dosing, protocols or guidance on use in people or animals. We will not answer questions of that kind.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• you are ordering for legitimate research purposes, and you are qualified and equipped to handle research chemicals safely;
• you will not consume the product, give it to anyone to consume, or resell it for consumption;
• you are responsible for using and disposing of it in line with the laws that apply to you.

We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, without giving a reason. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it.

We accept Interac e-Transfer. No card details are collected on this site.

An order is a request, not a contract. It is confirmed only once your transfer has actually arrived and we have accepted it — until then the items are held for you but not sold. Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change at any time; the price you were shown at checkout is the price for that order.

Send the exact amount and put your order reference in the message so we can match it. If a transfer arrives short, we will contact you before the order moves. Because e-Transfer has no chargeback mechanism, anything that goes wrong with a payment is resolved between us directly — email hello@aurumbio.co.

We publish the purity figure and lot number for what we sell, and we stand behind those. We do not make claims about what any compound does in a person, because that is not what these products are for.

Product descriptions reference published research where it exists. That is background, not a claim about outcomes, and it is not a representation that any result will occur.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product outside its intended research purpose — and in particular, not for anything arising from consumption by a person or animal.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
